The Ministerial Resolution No. (191) of 2021 approved the parental consent forms related to the medically assisted reproduction procedures. The seven consent forms approved by the resolution include: couple consent form to perform medically assisted reproduction techniques; couple consent form to transfer embryos to the uterus or fallopian tubes; couple consent form to inject sperm into the uterus; couple consent form to participate in scientific research related to medically assisted reproductive technologies; couple consent form to transfer frozen embryos from one center to another for medical assistance in reproduction; couple consent form to the destruct of frozen embryos, as well as a consent form to perform genetic examination for fetuses.
