Cabinet Resolution No. (72) of 2022 on the Introduction of Fees of Appeal Request Submitted to the Supreme Committee of Medical Liability of the Ministry of Health and Prevention

Under the Cabinet Resolution No. (72) of 2022 on the Introduction of Fees of Appeal Request Submitted to the Supreme Committee of Medical Liability of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, a fee of amount AED (5000) shall be imposed in return of submitting Grievance Request (appeal) to MOHAP’s Supreme Committee of Medical Liability against the outcome of any of DHA Medical Liability Committees. The fee is collected through channels stipulated by the Ministry of Finance.
